That photo didn’t humble you… it exposed you.

You thought it was angles—turns out it was habits.

Welcome to Big Back Behavior… where denial gets a mirror and excuses get cardio.

A single picture will tell the truth your scale’s been trying to whisper. You feel good, you’re moving like everything’s fine… and then the photos drop. No filters, no favors, no friendly angles left to negotiate with. That’s the moment. The uninvited wake-up call. And more importantly—the decision that follows it.

I’m Styles, and today’s pour is a reality check. No sugar, no shortcuts—just discipline that shows up whether you feel like it or not.

We’re breaking down the gap between knowing and doing. Because let’s be honest—none of this is new. Drink more water. Move your body. Chill on the sugar. Eat better. Get in the gym. We know the playbook. The problem? Execution when it’s inconvenient. When the alarm hits different in the morning. When late-night cravings start negotiating like they pay rent. When “just one bite” turns into a full encore. When you hit the gym once and expect your body to send a thank-you note.

If your motivation clocks out after sunset, this episode is going to feel personal.

I’m also pouring up a “Reset Mode” drink—fresh orange juice, pineapple, lemon, ginger, turmeric, coconut water, and ice. Clean, sharp, and built for people who are done playing with their own potential.

The takeaway is simple: the wake-up call is just the alert… your habits are the response.

If you’re on day one, good. You’re not behind—you’re finally paying attention.

Tap in, subscribe, and send this to somebody who’s been blaming the camera instead of the choices. And when you’re ready, leave a review with the habit you’re actually committing to—not just talking about.

Summer Body On Back Order;

Styles

Alright, so boom. My summer body? Yeah, it's on back order. It's not canceled, it's not discontinued, just delayed somewhere in transit with no tracking updates and no estimated delivery date. It is what it is. And I wasn't even stressing it until life sent me a reminder I didn't ask for. It went a little something like this. I had a team out in for work, right? Good vibes, full, last, regular shit. And then the pictures came back. I'm scrolling, everything's cool. I'm like, alright, cool. That's a good shot. That's a good shot. Wait up. Hold on. Hold on. Who's that? Nah, for real, son. Who's that? Mm-hmm. That was me. And it wasn't even one bad angle. It was the consistency. Different angles, same outcome. And that's when it hit me. I've been moving like everything's fine. But clearly something got delayed in the process. So now we're here. Day one. I'm cutting back on sugar. My coffee, black. No cream, no sugar, just straight bitterness. I'm throwing up in my mouth as we speak. Fresh juice, ginger in it, like I'm trying to fight for more than just weight. But let me ask you, what was your moment? Welcome to Brunch Behavior, the Poor Report. I'm Styles, and today's pour a reality check. No sugar, no shortcuts, just discipline showing up whether you like it or not. Let me break this one down for you. The SIP Sermon. Here's the truth. Discipline is not exciting. It doesn't trend, it doesn't feel good, and it doesn't come with applause. None of that. I lacked the consistency. I knew what to do. Drink water, move more, chill on the sugar. Chill on the sugar, that's fucking hilarious. But knowing and doing it, two completely different lifestyles. Side note motivation be loud for one day. But discipline on the other hand, it be quiet every morning. Like, yo, you still doing this or nah? Let's keep it a beam. Most of us don't change until something forces us to change and look at ourselves differently. It could be a picture, it could be a number, it could be hell, it could be a family member making an unruly comment. We all have that and we've all gone through that. So let me bring you into this. Where are you at with this right now? Not where you want to be, where are you actually at? Because I'm not talking at you. I'm right here with you. Day one. Let me break this down in a glass for you. Today's drink is called reset mode. It's no alcohol and no distractions. Here's what's going in the glass: fresh orange juice, pineapple juice, lemon juice, fresh ginger, turmeric, coconut water, and ice. This is that drink you make when you're serious about resetting. It's clean, it's sharp, it wakes you up. If you want to see it come to life, we'll show it on the afterpool. Quick disclaimer before we get into this. If you feel attacked, you're probably right, respectfully. If you've been in the house, avoid mirrors. If every picture you post, it should up like your body's on vacation, if angles have become your life, like you only take pictures and talk from one direction. If every food delivery app is waiting at your beck and call after midnight, yeah, this part is for you. Don't shoot the messenger, I mean it's with you. But also, don't act confused either. The brunch behavior breakdown. What it looks like in real life. You know, this whole I'm getting my life together thing sounds amazing until it's actually time to do it, right? Example one. You said that early along. The alarm goes off, and suddenly the bed feels like it got a stronger hold on you than your goals do. Example two, you eat clean all day. That was my day today, by the way. But you eat clean all day. Smoothie, fruit, water, you're feeling elite. Then nighttime hits, and now the snacks got your full attention. Um, I just ordered Dunkin' Donuts, no bullshit. I gotta get through this. Side note, and this is more of a question can somebody please explain to me why discipline disappears at night like it's allergic to overtime? Anybody, I'll wait. Example three, you say you cut in sugar and then somebody offers you something small and you fold immediately. That happens to me every day at work. Example four, you hit the gym once and expect results like your body owes you something. Okay, so that never happens to me. In fact, um, Planet Fitness is still taking my$20, and I haven't seen the inside of that gym in two years. But this is the truth. We don't struggle with knowing what to do, we struggle with doing it when it's inconvenient. So again, where are you at with it? The final pull. Here's the takeaway. Your wake-up call is just the alert, your habits are the response. That picture didn't change me. But what I do after, that will. So here's day one. Not perfect, just intentional. And if you're in that same space, good. You're not late, you're just finally paying attention. Look at me coaching me and coaching me, coaching us. I'm an us coach. Sip happens. Every sip tells a story. That's your pull for today. If you're trying to get it together like me, grab the free pool. Five drinks, five sermons, and a moment to breathe. DM me at the brunch hour pod or siphappens.series on the gram. Message free pull, and I'll send that right over to you. And when you're ready to really lock in, the brunch behavior summon pack is available now. The hard copy is up on Amazon. Just another delayed but loading glow up from your boy styles. Catch you on the next poll.
